Katanas.

The first person to make a katana was Amakuni Yasutsuna. The people who used the katana was samurai. A samurai is a member of the Japanese warrior caste.

A katana is a sword that is curved. Katanas have been in many different games, movies, comics, and tv shows. A single-edged blade is a blade with one sharp side. It has a circlure or squared guard and long grip so you can use both hands. The guard protects your hand from someone elses blade.

In wars katanas were used for close combat. A katanas function is cutting if it was made for the use of both hands. The katana is to show that you are a samurai and only samurais are alowed to use it.

  • step1 Forging a katana uses heat to make the heat you’ll need a furnace to make it soft and into shape.
  • step2 To make the blade you have to make it long enough to fold it 8-16 times and the way you make it flat is by heating the blade and hamering the blade.
  • step3 Then the metal is hammered into a curved rectangle.

The place that metal comes from is earths crust. The furnace makes the blade more soft so you can bend it into shape. The reason why you put it in water is to make it cool faster. The tool that grinds metal is a sharpening stone. The kind of hardness that we want from a sword is 72HRC. If a sword is too soft it will bend and if a sword is to hard it will break.

The TMNT started as a comic book in 1984 made by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. the other stuff that they’ve been in is movies, books, tv show, video games, and fortnite.

Leonardo is a turtle with a blue stripe, Donatello has a purple stripe, Raphael has a red stripe, and Michelangelo has a orange stripe. The turtles originally got named after Italian renaissance artists like Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael.

Trees are a giant plant with logs, leaves, stems, and roots. You can see trees on land. Trees can have no leaves when its winter, orange leaves in fall, red leaves in fall, yellow leaves in fall, pink leaves in spring, and green leaves in summer. There is many kinds of trees for example the pine tree.

Trees first apeared about 350-420 million years ago.

The reason why trees are important is because the improve soil and water conservation. They also help provide shade so we dont get hot on hot days.The tree also helps increase wildlife habitat and improve the land’s capacity to adapt. Also the tree benifits forests by it being there.
