Steps to make a katana.
- step1 Forging a katana uses heat to make the heat you’ll need a furnace to make it soft and into shape.
- step2 To make the blade you have to make it long enough to fold it 8-16 times and the way you make it flat is by heating the blade and hamering the blade.
- step3 Then the metal is hammered into a curved rectangle.
- step4 After put the blade in water.
- step5 Then grind the blade until its sharp.
- step6 After polish the blade.
- step7 After drill 2 holes at the base of the blade for the handle.
